Dr Mahua Ganguly is a medical doctor and Senior Medical Affairs and Corporate Health Management Expert. She has over two decades of work experience in reputed multinational organisations within the pharmaceutical, biotech and food and beverage industries in leadership roles at global, regional, and country levels.
Mahua’s domains of interest include how health is linked to organisational performance, as well as helping individuals optimise their personal mental health and well-being. Her diverse experience ranges from health education and medical communications to setting occupational health strategy and policies.
As a strategic thinker and powerful communicator with broad-based technical expertise in health-related fields, Mahua has successfully designed and led innovative programmes enabling improved medical practices, disseminating scientific information, and creating knowledge sharing platforms.
