Mental Health Matters Series

This series of workshops and seminars is designed to raise mental health awareness. Popular as ‘Lunch and Learns’ and company-wide awareness initiatives, offerings include:

  • Let’s Talk About Mental Health – a general awareness session highlighting the need to value mental and physical health equally
  • Mental Health Awareness for Managers – helping managers support the well-being of their team
  • How are you? I’m fine thank you – supporting the well-being of others and reaching out to someone you are worried about
  • Anxiety Angst – when anxiety becomes an illness and what it means to live with it
  • I’ve got the Blues or is it Depression – distinguishing depression from low mood and understanding available support
  • Hormones and Mental Health: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly – how hormones influence our mood and balancing hormones to boost vitality

Putting Health First Series

Designed to invite participants to ‘put their Health First’ to build personal resilience, these seminars and workshops can be delivered over 60 minutes, or as a series of 30-minute bite-sized sessions. Options include:

  • Dreaming of a Good Night’s Sleep – a deep dive into the world of sleep and how to improve yours
  • Eat Well Stress Less – using nutrition to build resilience
  • Move More, Move Faster, Move Harder – the importance of movement and exercise for well-being
  • Unplug to Recharge – the value of investing in downtime to improve performance
  • Together we are Stronger – the power of human connection inside and outside the workplace

Resilience Workshops

Our tailor-made well-being and resilience workshops are popular for off-site and team-building events. Participants have the opportunity to consider how well-being drives performance and what impacts their own. They receive practical well-being tools and strategies and create a personal action plan for change based on their chosen well-being wins. Optional pre- and post-workshop questionnaires can provide anonymised measures of personal and team well-being status.

Re-integration after long-term sick leave

Our Employee Health at Work Cycle provides a framework to optimise the health and well-being of your employees. Our approach focuses on maintaining good health at work through prevention and early intervention programmes, as well as providing tools to support individuals when they become unwell. We offer workshops based on this framework to help you consider best practice to support successful reintegration of your employees into the workplace after long sick leave.
