This interactive training runs over four hours for up to 12 participants. It may be adapted to meet your students’ needs.

- A step-by-step approach to medical emergencies
- How to give Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation with practise on realistic manikins
- Using an Automated External Defibrillator
- How alcohol and drugs can cause unconsciousness and what to do
- First aid for choking
- First aid for major bleeding and burns
- How to help someone with a broken bone
- A simple approach if a spinal injury is suspected
