World Sight Day 2023

12th October marks World Sight Day and and in this Health Matters, Dr Michelle speaks with Anna McKeon from the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness about the importance of  eye tests and considering your eye health.

Love your Eyes at Work is the agency’s theme for 2023 and Anna gives us a sound piece of advice to those working with screens. To reduce eye strain try using the 20-20-20 rule – look 20 feet away every 20 minutes for 20 seconds.
