HealthFirst offers a range of Physical Well-being Services for students, teachers and other support staff in your school.
Our team is flexible and can coordinate with staff and student schedules to find a time that works for you, including on staff training days, during or after the school day or at weekends.
Relationships and Sex Education for Students
Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) is lifelong learning about the emotional, social and physical aspects of growing up, relationships, sex, human sexuality and sexual health.
It should equip children and young people with the information, skills and values to have safe, fulfilling and enjoyable relationships and to take responsibility for their sexual health and well-being.
