Cancellation policy
All bookings cancelled by participants 7 days or more before the course start date will receive a full refund. Those bookings cancelled less than 7 days before the course start date cannot usually be refunded. In the case of sickness, or other extenuating circumstances, affecting one of the HealthFirst trainers on the training day, HealthFirst will provide an alternative course trainer wherever possible. In the rare instance when this will not be possible, we reserve the right to postpone the training date. In this situation, all course bookings can either be transferred to the future course, or will be refunded upon request.

HealthFirst courses’ participants (hereafter Participants) hereby acknowledge that the courses provided by HealthFirst serve only as an introduction to first aid and resuscitation practices.
In addition, Participants acknowledge that the training provided by HealthFirst represents the current and most widely accepted first aid and resuscitation practices at the time the courses are being delivered. In this respect, after completing training with HealthFirst, it is each Participant’s responsibility to keep their training in relation thereof up-to-date.
HealthFirst declines any and all responsibility to the greatest extent admissible under Swiss law in case of damage, death or personal injury suffered by the Participants themselves, or any third parties, as a result of first aid and resuscitation interventions performed by the Participants.
