About HealthFirst

Delivering First Aid training and health promotion services since 2008

Evidence-based, high quality services

Born in 2008 to meet the needs of the Anglophone community in the Lake Geneva region, HealthFirst was founded and run by two British-trained doctors, Dr Michelle Wright and Dr Penny Fraser until Dr Penny left in 2018 to focus on clinical medicine.

Dr Michelle now leads the dynamic team, joined by Dr Mecky McNeil as Mental HealthFirst Director.

HealthFirst provides an extensive offering of physical and mental well-being services and First Aid training across Switzerland and internationally. We pride ourselves in delivering quality services, based on thorough research and a strong evidence base. All of our First Aid training is compliant with the most up-to-date Swiss and international guidelines.
