Christine received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in the United States and has been in the Geneva area since 2002.

She worked as a school nurse in the International School of Geneva for 16 years, teaching first aid to staff and students and creating a first aid response team in the school.  Christine has also worked as a health promotion nurse in multinational companies in the region for 10 years.

A big believer in prevention, Christine qualified as a massage therapist after studying a 1000-hour course in Arizona. She became a yoga instructor in Nyon and taught yoga for four years at the International School of Geneva to both children and adults.

Christine also finished her Certificate of Advanced Studies in Mindfulness Based Interventions at the University of Geneva and taught mindfulness at school. She continues to work with Geneva Mindfulness, offering full day silent yoga and meditation retreats.

Christine has volunteered in various organizations, including the Samaritain in Geneva, being part of their emergency response team for several years. She is currently a volunteer at La Maison de Tara, a hospice in Geneva, where her mental health first aid training as well as her mindfulness and massage training are invaluable.

Christine keeps up her personal spiritual, physical, and mental well-being through dance, singing and walks in nature. As a Senior Trainer for HealthFirst, she delivers physical and mental health first aid courses in her native French and English.
