NEW: Life Skills Training Courses

18th March 2013

HealthFirst is pleased to let you know about a new addition to the courses that we are able to offer – Life Skills Training. Life Skills are a set of skills and behaviours that a person possesses, and is able to use appropriately and responsibly, in order to manage their own personal affairs and react to problems and situations that they may commonly encounter in their day-to-day life.

These new Life Skills Training courses are delivered by the team from Excel Security Solutions, based in Gstaad, Switzerland, and led by security professional James Otigbah.

James has a real-life understanding of the issues and risks that we all face in the world today. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience with other people; he knows that with just a bit more awareness and knowledge, everybody can improve the security and safety of their lives considerably. This has led him to develop a variety of trainings, courses and workshops where people of all ages are taught in an interactive and fun-way about how to improve their personal security and safety.

Excel Security Solutions will be running a Women’s Self-Defence Workshop near Vevey on Saturday 20th April 2013. For full information about Excel Security, the workshop near Vevey, and to book your place, click here

If you are interested in us running a similar course in your area, then please contact us for more information about how this can be arranged.
